Smarter quick actions for Ask Slipbox

Fixes to transcription and model loading
The team is sorry for all the new users that tried to use Slipbox recently. We found a critical bug that was causing transcription to fail. We've fixed it and improved the model loading process. For everyone, we have also improved the transcribing experience with a better models.

Known Issues
- highMultiple users have reported a regression when upgrading to Sequoia 15.3.x or later. Based on other sources, this appears to be an issue with Apple's CoreML changes in their latest release. We are monitoring this closely, as it is only affecting a small percentage of users. In the meantime, users may see a degraded performance in their transcription accuracy.
- lowNewer devices on Safari may experience microphone issues due to the three-microphone array setup. We are aware of this issue and are working on a solution.
